Nam Long (HOSE:NLG) has unveiled Grand Villa and Riverfront Grand Villa single villas at its Waterpoint project, and they promise to be truly the best places for high-class customers to live in and to meet their swish lifestyle and status needs. With the launch of these high-end products, Waterpoint earned nearly VNĐ800 billion (US$34.5 million) in sales within a day.
The ceremony to launch the single villas in the Aquaria sub-division compound and a collection of luxury products (Grand Villa & Riverfront Grand Villa) in Rivera 1 subdivision at Waterpoint was held at the InterContinental SaiGon on July 19, with a large number of customers taking part.
In addition to single villas meeting its Valora product line standards that are familiar to its loyal customers, Nam Long this time also introduced Grand Villa, each measuring 300sq.m or more and priced at VNĐ10 billion ($429,850), and Riverfront Grand Villa, along the banks of Vàm Cỏ Đông River and ranging from 400sq.m to 1000sq.m and priced at VNĐ16 - 30 billion ($687,750-1.29 million). To develop these products, Nam Long invited TwoG Architecture's world-renowned architects to design them independently so that they are compatible with each precinct and harmonise well with the masterpieces created by nature along the river.
The products will offer a modern, comfortable and luxurious living space, giving residents living places that are in harmony with the greenery and water, enabling them to enjoy peaceful and relaxed lives with their families.
The Rivera 1 sub-division has more than 20 Grand Villa and Riverfront Grand Villa units designed in a modern tropical style, which promise to meet the various needs of affluent customers.
They have sophisticated designs with a harmonious combination of wood, metal, glass, concrete, greenery, and water. This helps blur the boundary between the inside and outside of the homes, making them a harmonious whole and bringing nature into a modern living space, so that residents can derive the full benefit of living near a river and the good fengshui brought by the Vàm Cỏ Đông River’s strong flow.
If they step out of their private space, future residents will find themselves in one of many parks along the river and in each sub-division.
Each sub-division has a professional management team and high-class amenities such as a marina, riverside club, BBQ, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, commercial area, and kindergarten.
Rivera 1 in the 40ha Rivera sub-division has two marinas, which are connected with the 8.6ha marina and freshwater bay in Aquaria sub-division. Thus people living in houses and villas in the township can also travel by canoe or personal boat.
Waterpoint also boasts a world-class utility eco-system comprising a landscaped 25ha Central Park, a 3ha Country Club (a sports and entertainment club for the community), a 25ha international school system from kindergarten to university, clinics and hospitals, and a 20ha commercial hub, service port, event centres, water sport areas, pagodas, and churches.
The project is being developed by Nam Long Group in partnership with international heavyweights such as Nishi Nippon Railroad and Lascal (Japan), Conybeare Morrison and Royal Haskoning DHV (Australia), Aurecon (Netherlands), Keppel Land, Swan & Maclaren (Singapore), and seeks to bring a different and world-class experience to wealthy Vietnamese.
At the Waterpoint, Riverfront Grand Villa and Grand Villa in Rivera 1 sub-division combine amenities with green living space and an international-standard living environment, bringing owners long-lasting value that not only affirms their upper-class status and standing in society but will also be a valuable asset to be bequeathed to their heirs.
