8 years after Nam Long's first collaboration with two Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, their portfolio of projects with Vietnamese-Japanese characteristics  has been expanded.

The cooperative relationship between Nam Long, Hankyu Hanshin Properties, and Nishi Nippon Railroad began with the Flora Anh Dao project.

Then in 2016, Nam Long and two leading Japanese names introduced Fuji Residence and Kikyo Residence to the market.

This comprehensive cooperation involves not only capital but also management and operation experience. It helps Nam Long to have a strong financial capacity, ensures cash flow for project implementation in all market stages, and approaches world real estate development standards.

Mizuki Park is a pioneering project created according to the integrated modern township model, which clearly demonstrates the success of this cooperation.

Mizuki Park, officially launched in 2017, has become a residential center in the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City, welcoming nearly 2,000 families.

Last March, Mizuki Park was listed in the "Top 10 livable townships in Vietnam," proving the quality of living space and the direction of Nam Long and its partners in creating well-organized, convenient, and sustainable urban areas for the community.

Continuing the journey of accompanying Vietnam's urban development, in 2018, this collaboration introduced Akari City located on the Võ Văn Kiệt Boulevard axis, about a 20-minute drive from downtown District 1.

Akari City is a residential project that offers over 5,000 independent apartment units (Flora Condominium) to the market, covering a total area of 8.5 hectares. Phase 1 of the project has already been completed, with nearly 2,000 units delivered since the end of 2021. The lighting rate of phase 1 is over 80%, creating a dynamic and progressive community of residents. Phase 2 is currently being constructed according to schedule.

In 2018, Nam Long partnered with Nishi Nippon Railroad to develop phase 1 of Waterpoint, an integrated township project in Ben Luc district, Long An province.

The project boasts over 5.8km of surrounding river, more than 95 hectares of greenery and water surface, and an "all-in-one" facility system.

The cooperation portfolio between Nam Long and Nishi Nippon Railroad expanded further in 2021 with the EHome Southgate apartment project. Covering an area of 4.5 hectares and located at the gateway to Waterpoint, this is the first EHome project with the participation of foreign partners. The project offers comprehensive upgrades to design and materials.

EHome Southgate phase 1 has been completed and hundreds of families have already moved in. Phase 2 was delivered as committed in July this year, providing nearly 400 apartments to the market.

With prices starting from VND 1 billion per unit, EHome Southgate offers quality living environments and contributes to the realization of the dream of settling down for customers with average and stable incomes. It not only provides affordable housing but also creates a comfortable and sustainable living space for residents.

In 2021, Nam Long signed a partnership agreement with Hankyu Hanshin Properties to develop the 170-hectare integrated township project Izumi City (the commercial name of Dong Nai Waterfront).

Following that, in September 2021, Nam Long and Nishi Nippon Railroad collaborated to develop the Nam Long Dai Phuoc township in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai. These are all key projects that ensure growth for the next 5-10 years.

With the advantage of clean land funds and local market understanding, coupled with the extensive international experience of the two Japanese strategic partners, these projects have brought new nuances to the real estate market, creating well-organized living spaces for Vietnamese people.

In 2023, Vietnam and Japan will celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations (1973-2023). To commemorate this occasion, Nam Long will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the Vietnam-Japan Friendship House and launch a heritage forest planting ceremony in the Waterpoint integrated township.

These will serve as symbols of cooperation and friendship between the two countries, continuing the journey of developing new cultural values for Vietnam and Japan.
